At our booth, we will showcase two newly developed Aluminum Nitride (AlN) sub-fillers that contribute to improved thermal conductivity in thermal interface materials (TIMs): flake-shaped AlN powder and bead-shaped AlN. We will also introduce ground materials derived from nonwoven manufacturing waste, which are currently under development as a new approach to utilizing nonwoven waste materials.
