Empowering People, Supporting the Way to Work

In a rapidly evolving business environment, people are the most vital asset for delivering lasting value to society.
At Japan Vilene, we aim to create a workplace culture where diverse talents respect one another and are encouraged to take on new challenges—enabling every employee to reach their full potential.

Education & Career Development

We are building a fair and transparent HR system that encourages employees to take on meaningful challenges and grow through their work.
We offer continuous learning opportunities and career development programs, including:

  • Training programs tailored to different organizational levels and functions
  • Participation in global leadership training hosted by Freudenberg
  • Overseas assignments at group companies
  • Support systems for self-development

Through these initiatives, we foster a culture of continuous learning and self-driven career development.

Work-Life Balance & Flexible Workstyles

At Japan Vilene, we aim to create systems that allow employees to work autonomously while maintaining harmony between work and personal life, enabling everyone to fully realize their potential.

To improve work-life balance and enhance productivity, we have introduced work arrangements such as a flextime working hours system and work from home options. These measures help employees perform their duties efficiently while accommodating individual needs.
We also provide support for balancing work with childcare and nursing care responsibilities through programs such as leave of absence, restrictions on overtime work, and short-hour work arrangements. In addition, we actively promote the use of paid leave, maintaining a high utilization rate across the company.

For work-life integration, we have formulated action plans based on the Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising Next-Generation Children and the Act on Promotion of Women’s Participation and Advancement in the Workplace. These plans ensure that employees can choose flexible work styles according to their life stage. We also encourage both male and female employees to take childcare leave, and as a child-care support company, we have received the “Kurumin” certification.

Health & Well-being in the Workplace

Maintaining good health is essential for employees to work with confidence.

At Japan Vilene, we actively promote employee wellness through annual programs that include regular health checkups for all employees, stress assessments, and mental health training. To prevent excessive working hours, we enforce strict labor time management using an integrated work management system.

In addition, we are committed to creating a workplace where employees can feel safe both physically and mentally. Our initiatives include harassment prevention measures and the establishment of a dedicated help line to provide support when needed.
