Japan Vilene Co. Ltd.
The Japan Vilene Group, in cooperation with various Freudenberg Group companies, revisited Kishiwada Gakuen— a children’s care facility in Kishiwada City, Osaka Prefecture—where playground equipment was installed in May 2023 with the support of the NPO Playground of Hope. During this visit, the team carried out maintenance activities on the equipment.

Freudenberg Group’s e² Initiative
The Freudenberg Group (headquartered in Weinheim, Germany), to which our group belongs, has been engaged in an initiative called e² since 2015 with the aim of fulfilling corporate social responsibility within local communities.
The e² initiative promotes and supports non-profit activities by employees in the fields of education and environment. In Japan, previous activities have included tree planting and support for children’s homes, and the current activity was implemented as part of this initiative.
